Our Story
We don't order from a catering catalogue. We pull on our wellies, leash up Jasper the Labrador, and walk the moorlands, woodlands and rugged coasts of Devon and Wales to find our ingredients.
Wild rabbit, venison, boar, discarded pheasant, foraged food and high-welfare meats — all sourced from the small holders, game keepers and rural heroes who make our landscapes worth protecting.
